Adrian Frisbee

Adrian Frisbee is an associate attorney in Martine Law’s family law practice, working from the firm’s Raleigh office on Glenwood Avenue. She was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in April 2026 and represents clients in child custody, divorce, and related family law matters.

Adrian earned her Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law in Raleigh, where her coursework included Family Law, Estate Planning, and Trial Advocacy. She served as a Constitutional Law teaching assistant and took part in the Blanchard Community Law Clinic, where she worked on driver’s license restoration and legal support for low-income clients, as well as the Restorative Justice Clinic.

During law school, Adrian interned with The Child’s Advocate, a program of Legal Aid of North Carolina, where she helped prepare high-conflict child custody cases for trial. Her work there included drafting motions, client interview questions, opening statements, and witness examinations. She also worked as a legal extern with Catholic Charities Immigration Legal Services in Raleigh, drafting motions and client affidavits.

In the summer of 2025, Adrian served as a third-year practice intern with the Virginia Indigent Defense Commission in Danville, Virginia. Under Virginia’s third-year practice rules, she handled cases in court as first chair, including preliminary hearings, bail hearings, and bench trials, and she obtained a Not Guilty verdict in one of those trials. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
